SEBA FR3 80 Sskfr380-BK Freestyle Skates

Properties:

FR3 80 Freestyle Skates Not sure? Freeride or slalom?
The FR3 skates with the lighter and fantastic X2R frame are for you.
The X2R is lighter than the previous one and there are two wheel arrangement options available: standard 'flat' (all wheels of the same size) and rockering (front and last wheel raised by 2mm compared to the middle wheel)!
What does this mean? No more hassle with buying smaller wheels! Simply turn the front and rear wheel mounting screws, and you've transformed a standard frame into a rockered one! A brilliant solution for users undecided whether to skate around town or try their hand at slalom!
Boot: FR1. Hard and durable synthetic material: Provides stability, solid support, and precision while skating. The shell is designed to optimally stabilize the foot, ensuring immediate transfer of applied force to the skate. This significantly increases control over the skate, allowing for much easier maneuverability.
Upper: Similar to the more expensive versions, but unlike the FR1, it's secured with standard screws, so you can't adjust its position. This isn't a drawback, especially compared to competing models in this price range, which typically lack it. FR skates were among the first to introduce a replaceable slider, a protective layer on the side of the boot designed to minimize damage when sliding on the wheels – this feature is also found in the FR3.
Fasteners: FK top buckle, micrometic spider buckle, lacing
Frame: X2R. The highest quality equipment for demanding skaters. It's made of a high-quality, one-piece alloy that can be used in all conditions – for long rides, skateparks, freeride, and, above all, slalom. This means that, just like with the FRX, you can raise the front and rear wheels, giving you the ability to ride on a rocker (some skaters call it a "banana"), which halves the turning radius, enabling very intense slalom riding and spins, and creating a skating experience similar to that of hockey skates. The mounting points are 165mm apart, and the boots are compatible with most frame models in this standard.
Lining, liner: Seba FR Comfortable, anatomically shaped liner with the option of tying in the upper part, which allows for better foot support.
Outer sole: Plastic Hard and durable Wheels: Black Street Kings High-quality wheels with an excellent ratio of durability, precision, hardness and grip.
Bearings: Seba ABEC 7 Made of high-quality steel, ensuring excellent durability and performance

Patented technology
Weight: 0.7 kg
Color: gray - black

Application:

Push-up handles will help you strengthen your arms, thighs, and core. By increasing the intensity of your upper body exercises, you'll quickly build strong biceps and triceps. The handles are delta-shaped, providing stable support and evenly distributing the weight while performing the exercise in your chosen position.

By using handles you will achieve faster:

- strong muscles in the arms, forearms, shoulders and back

- weight loss

- efficient functioning of the joints of the upper limbs

- strengthened thigh muscles

- better body endurance

Push-up handles minimize pressure on the hands, wrists, and elbows when performing push-ups with a narrow, wide, or cross-body stance. This makes the exercise very comfortable and safe because it protects the joints from overload.

Exercises on the handlebar device can be performed by both men and women.

EXERCISES:

You can perform various exercises using the handles:

Bent-knee push-ups
Place the handles vertically on either side of your body at shoulder height. Get into a push-up position with your head facing the floor. Bend your knees and raise your calves and feet up, keeping your ankles close together (you can cross your ankles for easier movement). Slowly lower your body, keeping your knees bent, your calves and ankles together, and your feet pointed up. Lower your body as close to the floor as possible, keeping your elbows out to the sides. Raise your body back to the starting position and repeat the exercise.

Push-ups
Place the handles vertically on either side of your body at shoulder height. Get into a push-up position with your head facing the floor. Straighten your body, supporting yourself on your toes. Slowly lower your body as close to the floor as possible, keeping your elbows alongside your body, keeping your back straight with your abs pulled in and your glutes squeezed. Raise your body back to the starting position and repeat the exercise. Alternatively, you can perform the exercise with an exercise ball.

Sitting Lift
Sit with your back and legs straight. Position the handles vertically on either side of your body at shoulder height. Slowly lift your body off the floor, keeping your legs and back straight. Slowly lower your body, maintaining the correct position, until it touches the floor. Repeat the exercise.

Notes on use:

1. If you have any doubts about whether your health allows you to perform the exercises described above, consult your doctor. Such advice is also essential if you are taking medications that affect your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.

2. Monitor how your body responds to training. Exercising incorrectly or too intensely can be detrimental to your health! If you experience chest pain or tightness, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, nausea, or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately. If these symptoms persist, consult a doctor.

3. This device is intended for adult use only. It must not be used by children.

4. Place the handles on stable, flat surfaces.

COMMENTS:

The pump handles are covered by a 24 MONTHS warranty

SEBA FRX 80 SkkfrX80-OR freestyle skates

€239,99

Properties:

FRX 80 freestyle skates
A simple version of FR skates, combining a good price and great quality.
The perfect choice for amateurs who want to explore the possibilities of freeride or slalom skates with a hard shell and a short frame.
Thanks to the new frame, we can try both city skating and slalom, thanks to the fact that the first and last wheels in the frame can be raised relative to the middle ones, or they can all be left in one position.
An additional improvement in the roller skates are the new wheels introduced by Seba, with a better polyurethane mixture.

Boot: FRX.

Liner: Seba FR. Comfortable, anatomically shaped liner with a lacing option at the top for better foot support. A shock absorber sits beneath the liner for increased comfort during riding and jump landings.

Outer sole: Synthetic material Hard and durable

Wheels: Black Street Kings. High-quality wheels with the perfect balance of durability, precision, hardness, and grip. Bearings: Twincam MW7 Freeride. Bearings designed for freeride and urban skating – strong, fast, and durable. Now you can perform jumps and tricks without worrying about whether the bearings will hold up to the next jump.
